高三背英语单词，应该背单词书，还是通过阅读积累？

高中学英语就是为了参加高考，是必须要拿到结果的。不管你用什么样的方式去背单词，高中英语3500词能做到看到单词就条件反射说出中文意思的熟练度，你就能考到80~110分，做不到，分数就在0~80分不及格区间内。

通过阅读来积累单词，比直接背单词书更加有趣，但是前提是你要能够看懂文章大部分的内容，偶尔出现的生词，在查阅意思之后能够产生比较强烈的记忆。

但是，如果你拿到一篇文章，这篇文章里面有10个生词，你为了看懂这些生词，就花时间查了单词10次，这时不仅记不住，而且很辛苦，时间还浪费在查单词上了。

而且，高中难度的阅读文章可不是看懂了单词就能看懂文章意思的，如果文章的大体意思看不懂，那么你是很难产生对这些生词的记忆的。为什么会看不懂？因为高中难度的文章，40%的句子，包含词组短语。

你单词基础不好，更不可能去背词组短语了，词组短语在文章中你认不出来，把它们当成单词，按照字面的意思去理解，甚至会产生误解，这种误解会影响你在阅读文章中对生词的理解，甚至可能让你对生词产生错误的意思记忆。

我高考英语143分，像我这个水平的人去读六级的文章，我是不需要去背单词的。因为一篇文章里面可能就四五个六级难度的生词，其他的单词和词组短语大部分是高中学过的，3500词和1.5万词组短语范围内的东西。我只要查一下单词，马上就产生记忆了。

但是，我在高中阶段我不是这么学的。我是老老实实的背单词和词组短语，有了一定语言基础以后，才开始大量阅读，而且是以巩固和应用单词和短语的目的去阅读，而不是为了背单词。

这里就涉及到高中单词的特点，高中英语单词是英文中的常用单词，意思和用法非常复杂，它们的特点是：

① 一词多义

② 一次多性

③ 词组短语用法繁多

所以我个人的建议是：

① 先背高中英语3500词，如果你感觉到枯燥，很难坚持，你可以学一下廖唯伟的睡眠记忆法，公开在网上的公益方法，不要钱的，掌握“一背四复习”和“机关枪式的读法”，你每天花一小时就能记住100个单词，3500词一个月就背完了，枯燥也就是一个月而已。词表可以用《睡眠记忆法的配套词表》，自己双面打印34页，17张纸。词表按照高考话题来划分单元，乱序排列，背起来不枯燥，而且单页大容量的排版有降低记忆心理压力的效果。

② 背完3500词，做高考模拟卷，能够达到80~110分段以后，再去背高中的1.5万词组短语，你只有掌握了这些词组短语，能够拿到文章的时候，一眼就辨认出文章中的单词和短语，并且分别知道意思才能够看懂文章。经常考140的同学都知道，只要你能看懂文章，你就有很大机会能够拿满分，因为高中英语是没有什么逻辑思维难度的，逻辑思维要求只相当于小学语文五年级。

③ 在背词组短语的过程中，可以适当的做高考模拟卷，因为标准的高考模拟卷涉及到的单词和词组短语都是按照高考标准取自于3500词和1.5万词组短语范围内。这种随机抽查的复现方式，对于巩固记忆的效果非常好。但是不要大量刷，一个星期做一两份卷子就足够了。当然你也不要妄想能够在试卷中碰到你背过的所有短语，因为短语的出现几率只有2%左右。所以，循环巩固记忆，对于短语的记忆非常关键。

我的高中3500词，是高一开学的第1个月用睡眠记忆法背完的，然后背1.5万词组短语是不断地循环复习，一直到高二下学期，分数才稳定在高考模拟卷140分以上。

In one way of thinking, failure is a part of life. In another way, failure may be a way towards success. The ―spider story‖ is often told.
